Heard learned counsel for the parties.

From the report it can be seen that the case has already been registered by Investigation Officer of Jagatballavpur Police Station Being Case No.113 of 2024 dated 12.06.2024 and all necessary steps are taken for conclusion of the investigation. The police authorities are requested to conclude the investigation at an earliest and to take necessary steps so that no harm is caused to the petitioner or her mother and ensure that no beach of peace takes place.

With the above direction the writ petition being WPA 17933 of 2024 is disposed of.

No order as to costs.
