The learned counsel for the State submits that investigation has been completed and the chargesheet No.541 of 2022 dated 8th October, 2022. 3.

The petitioner may take steps in accordance with law against the charge-sheet and pray for DNA test before the appropriate forum.

WPA 17567 of 2022 shall stand disposed of.

Report of the Inspector-in-Charge of Manikchak Police Station dated 17th May, 2023 is kept with the record.
