The Council is directed to take prompt necessary steps to consider the same in accordance with law and dispose of the prayer of the petitioner at the earliest but positively within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order. The fate of the application shall be communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter. If the prayer of the petitioner for transfer is allowed,

then necessary consequential steps shall be taken forthwith.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the application for transfer along with all medical documents in support of her prayer to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
