Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the incident arose after 2 years of marriage. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are married sisters who were married 14 years back. He submits that such petitioners are not involved. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement of the neighbour recorded under Section 161 of the Criminal Procedure Code as also the dying declaration of the victim.

Considering the statement of the neighbour recorded under Section 161 of the Criminal Procedure Code and the dying declaration of the victim, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

CRM (A) 3755 of 2022 is dismissed.
