Mr. Kajal Ray Mr. Aditya Sen ...for the petitioner Mr. Tapas Kumar Ghosh Mr. Tanmay Chowdhury ..for the respdts2&3 Mr. Bipin Ghosh ..for the State Pursuant to the order of this Court dated January 14, 2022, it is submitted that the Pension Payment Order has been issued by the appropriate authority on March 29, 2022. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the disbursing authority to disburse the payment to the petitioner as per the Pension Payment Order along with all arrears. Such payment shall be made within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order.

This Court has not yet decided the question of interest and the petitioner shall be at liberty to make appropriate application at the proper stage.

It is made clear that the current monthly pension payment, as determined, shall be released continuously month by month, every month.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be however no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on the basis of server copy of this order and/or the learned advocate's communication.
