And In Re : Anich Sk. @ Kalu .... petitioner Mr. Habibur Rahaman Ms. Karabi Roy Mr. Archisman Singh ....for the petitioner Mr. Bibaswan Bhattacharya ...... for the State Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits he is in custody for 168 days. It is also submitted incident occurred in the course of a sudden quarrel. He prays for bail. Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Statement of injured implicates the petitioner that had stabbed him on a vital part of his body. Keeping in mind the incriminating materials, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
