PP Mr. Abhra Mukerheej, Ms. Manisha Sharma, Advocates ... ...For the State Having heard the learned advocates for the petitioners and the State and having considered the materials in the case diary and having considered the fact that police submitted charge sheet and having considered the gravity of the offence, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the Court below and pray for regular bail within four

weeks from date. Petitioners shall also appear before the jurisdictional court on every date fixed for hearing. Prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed.

CRM 7474 of 2021 is disposed of.
