The petitioner contested the Panchayat General Elections, 2023.

The petitioner alleges booth capturing, false voting, violence and illegality at the time of counting of votes. Complaint was lodged on 15th July, 2023. The same is yet to be considered.

It appears from the averments made in the writ petition and the documents annexed thereto that the complaint was lodged long after declaration of the result.

The complaint lodged by the petitioner does not merit any consideration.

The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
