So far as the other petitioners i.e., petitioner nos. 3 to 5 are concerned, it appears from the materials in the case diary that they are named in the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

Consequently, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner nos. 3 to 5.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 3759 of 2022 is dismissed in respect of petitioner nos. 3 to 5.
