Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the order passed by the State Transport Authority in regard to the hearing held on 21st June, 2022 was not communicated to the petitioner, thereby depriving the petitioner of challenging the said order. The order impugned has already been implemented.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the writ petition may be disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to communicate the said order to the petitioner within a stipulated time frame.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to communicate the order passed by the authority in regard to the hearing held on 21st June, 2022 within seven days from the date of

communication of this order in order to enable the petitioner to challenge the said order before the appropriate forum.

Upon receipt of a copy of the said order, the petitioner shall be entitled to challenge all the aspects of the said order before the appropriate forum.

With the above directions, WPA 17580 of 2022 is disposed of. There shall however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
