Case No. 417 of 2016 dated 28.06.2016 under Sections 498A/406 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the learned 7th Judicial Magistrate, Alipore. As none appears for the petitioner since the date of filing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default. All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
