Sr. Standing Counsel Mr. Akash Dutta ...for the State Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the owner of a two wheeler bearing registration no. WB-07A 8027 and on 17th February, 2023, the petitioner could not find the two wheeler in his parking place. The petitioner thereafter made a complaint before the Muchipara Police Station being Muchipara Police Station Case No.55/23 dated 12.04.2023 but no steps have been taken by the respondent authorities till date. Learned Senior Standing Counsel appearing for the State submits that investigation has been made and final report (FRT) of the case was submitted before the Ld. Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court Calcutta and the next date has been fixed on 31st July, 2024.

Learned Senior Standing Counsel files a report regarding the same before this Court.

Let the report be kept with the record and a copy of the same be handed over to the ld. Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Heard both the parties.

As the investigation has already concluded and the prayer of the petitioner is mitigated, the writ petition is disposed of.

No order as to costs.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 17942 of 2024 is disposed of.
