The petitioner shall be allowed to organize the job fair, named and styled as 'R. Grow Job Fair 2022' from the premises of Bishnupur High School on August 28, 2022 and August 29, 2022 between 10 am to 4 pm, subject to the police verifying from the Headmaster of the concerned school that such permission had been granted by the school.

The fair will be restricted to walk-in interviews of candidates. All other formalities shall be complied with. No sound boxes shall be permitted to be used. The entire activity shall be restricted within the campus of the school. Microphones may be used upto the allowable sound limit.

The police authorities shall keep a vigil within the campus to ensure peace and tranquility and to further ensure that the entire event is conducted in a peaceful and low key manner without disturbing other persons in the locality.

No hate speeches and political propaganda shall be permitted. The assembly of the persons shall be peaceful and without any arms and weapons. The court is granting this opportunity to the petitioner to hold the fair upon consideration of the fact that many companies will attend the fair and there are chances of recruitment of the local unemployed youth. Keeping the welfare of the society in mind, such order is being passed.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
