The petitioners submit that the writ petition was filed challenging a show cause notice. During the pendency of the writ petition, proceedings continued and the final order has been passed.

Under such circumstances, the writ petition has now become infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law before the appropriate forum. The question of territorial jurisdiction raised by the respondents, is not answered at this stage.
