State has submitted a report which reflects that on the basis of earlier information furnished by the petitioner, Mandir Bazar PS Case No. 345 of 2024 dated 03.08.2024 was registered for investigation. The subject-matter of the

said investigation also relates to crops being looted at the behest of the private respondents.

Be that as it may, the investigation of the case is in progress.

However, there is an accusation that the complainant is not cooperating with the investigation as notices have been sent under Section 94 of the BNSS but the complainant did not turn up.

In view of the police authorities having knowledge regarding the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents, I direct that a strict vigil be maintained and the police authorities would, in case of any crisis of law and order, take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 17041 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with

the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the petitioner.
