The petitioner is not being represented today. Learned counsels for the State are present.

The present revisional application has been preferred praying for quashing of the proceedings being G.R. Case No. 298 of 2017 arising out of Bowbazar P.S. Case No. 84 dated 16.03.2017 under Sections 120B/420/406/409 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (II), Kolkata.

The dispute between the parties prima facie appears to be a dispute related to real estate and development of township on acquiring the land at various places.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are not being represented on repeated calls, the present revisional application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to agitate the points taken in the revisional application before the Trial Court. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
