Supplementary affidavit filed by the alleged contemnor be kept with the records.

It appears from the said affidavit that the respondent/contemnor was advised not to file accounts before the Trial Court during the time period when the Trial Court proceeding was stayed by the High Court and for the period when there was no tenant in respect of the property in question. The respondent/contemnor tenders unqualified apology for any violation of the order dated February 25, 2011. He says that violation, if any, is completely unintentional. He has the highest regards for orders of this Court. He has annexed to the supplementary affidavit, copies of relevant accounts. Let such accounts be filed before the learned Trial Court within three weeks from date (April 3, 2023).

In view of the aforesaid, we accept the unconditional apology of the respondent/contemnor and drop the contempt proceedings.
