Since the last occasion an accommodation is sought on the ground of unavailability of the Senior Advocate representing the case. On the last occasion also, it was pointed to Mr. Samim Ahmed, learned Advocate, who appeared on behalf of the appellant and sought for accommodation that he being one of the Counsels has to argue the matter.

Today, when the matter is called on, neither Mr. Ahmed nor the Advocate-on-Record of the appellant is present, but an accommodation is sought by a Member of the Bar on the identical ground.

We are not satisfied with the manner in which the matter is dealt with by praying the accommodation. Hence, the instant appeal and the connected application being CAN 1 of 2021 are dismissed.

Interim order, if there be any, stands vacated. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. (Harish Tandon, J.) (Prasenjit Biswas, J.)
