It appears therefrom that the primary allegation of the petitioner regarding causing disruption at the time of counting has been accepted. The offences mentioned in the writ petition may constitute electoral offences which may be adjudicated in an election petition.

No relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant writ petition.

It will open for the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for remedy, if permissible in law, for redressal of his grievances.
