The present revisional application has been preferred praying for quashing of order dated 14.02.2019 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Katwa, in Criminal Appeal No. 88 of 2017 arising out of Katwa P.S. Case No. 23 of 2003 dated 27.02.2003 under Sections 149/323/380/427/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As none appears for the petitioner since the date of filing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default. All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
