CRR 2827 of 2011 12 11.08.2021 Ct. 34 SA In re : An application under Section 397,401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. And In the matter of : Jadab Halder ..... petitioner The present revisional application has been preferred against the Order dated 4th July, 2011 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Krishnanagar, Nadia in M.R. Case No. 741(IV) of 2009 corresponding to T.R. No. 1384 of 2010. By the said Judgement and Order, the learned Magistrate was pleased to award maintenance of Rs.3000/- per month to the wife and Rs.1500/- per month to each of the minor child aggregating of Rs.6000/- per month. While passing the said judgement, the learned court scrutinized the evidence adduced by the petitioner as well as the opposite party and also assessed the income of the opposite party/husband.

Having regard to the reasons emphasized by the learned Magistrate and the quantum so awarded, I am of the view that the same is adhearing to the principles relating to maintenance proceedings.

As such no interference is called for. Accordingly, CRR 2827 of 2011 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
