The learned advocate for the State is present. The report submitted by the District Judge, Birbhum dated 06.09.2023 stated that the Sessions Case No. 217/2010 arising out of Suri police station Case No. 48 of 2008 dated 21.01.2008 pending before the Court of the learned Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Suri, District Birbhum reveals that is at the stage of the recording of the evidence of prosecution witnesses and the next date has been fixed on 20.09.2023 for cross examination of P.W.2 and P.W.3. The trial in the instant case has progressed to a considerable extent. Accordingly, this court is not inclined to interfere with the same.

The instant revisional application along with connected application are dismissed.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department as well as learned Trial Court for due compliance.
