The petitioner has filed her transfer application through Utsasree Portal before getting the noobjection certificate from the school. Now she has received the no-objection certificate, which appears from Annexure 'P-8' of the writ application. The school granted the no-objection certificate on 6th September, 2021.

The petitioner has every liberty to file a fresh application along with the no-objection certificate through Utsasree Portal now. It is so clear that no order of direction of the court is required. However, I am recording this that the petitioner may file a fresh application for transfer through Utsasree Portal. With the above observation the writ application is disposed of.
