I direct the Treasury Officer being the respondent no. 8 to pay the money to the petitioner within a period of 15 days from the date of communication of this order.

The petitioner prays for interest.

I am not inclined to pass any order for interest.

The matter is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ application with the question of payment of interest on the unpaid amount.
