The O. C., Nazat Police Station has filed two reports dated 24.08.2022 and 14.11.2022 and the same are taken on record. Nazat Police has called both the parties and have taken out proceedings under Section 107 of the Cr. P. C.

The O. C., Nazat Police Station shall ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area. Both parties are directed to approach a civil court to establish their civil rights in respect of the properties-in-question including possession thereof. The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
