Report filed by the State-respondents is also taken on record.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that this is a case of police inaction. Inspite of approaching the police with a specific complaint, no FIR was registered.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Staterespondents relies on a report, which is taken on record, and submits as follows. A specific FIR being Bansdroni PS Case No. 68 dated April 10, 2023 under Sections 341/323/506/114 of the Indian Penal Code has been registered on the basis of the petitioner's complaint. A counter case has also been started on the complaint of the respondent no. 5 being Bansdroni Police Station Case No.

dated April 11, under Sections 341/323/406/506 of the Indian Penal Code. In both the

cases charge sheets have already been submitted. Therefore there is no police inaction as regards petitioner's complaint.

I have heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties and have perused the writ petition and the report filed by the State-respondents. It appears that an FIR has been registered and a charged sheet has also been submitted.

Therefore, no case is made out for police inaction. In view of the above, this writ petition being WPA No. 17109 of 2023 is dismissed.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
