Inadvertent typographical error has crept into order dated 30th January, in the cause-title mentioning the name of the petitioner as 'Moumita Sarkar' instead of 'Buddhadev Halder'.

Let the name of the petitioner in the cause-title of the aforesaid order be read as 'Buddhadev Halder' in place of 'Moumita Sarkar'.

The aforesaid order is modified to the above extent. 5.

The other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.
