Petitioner is the husband of the de facto complainant. The police complaint was lodged 15 years after marriage. Other co-accuseds were enlarged on bail by the jurisdictional Court.
The police filed charge sheet.
The de facto complainant suffered injuries. She named the petitioner as one of the assailants.
In such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 3763 of 2022 is dismissed.
