Inadvertent typographical error had crept into the order dated 03.09.2018.

Leave is granted to the learned advocate-on-record for the petitioners to correct the cause title of the application by incorporating the words 'Kultali Police Station Case No. 318 of 2018 dated 16.05.2018 under Sections 147/148/325/326/307/435/427/302 of the Indian Penal Code instead and place of 'Kulti Police Station Case No. 318 of 2018 dated 16.05.2018 under Section 147/148/325/326/407/435/427/302' of the Indian Penal Code.'

Department is directed to make necessary corrections to that effect in the order dated 03.09.2018. Other portions of the order shall remain unaltered. The application being CRAN 1 of 2020(Old CRAN No. 692 of 2020) is disposed of.

Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
