It is submitted by the petitioner that at this stage nothing survives for decision in the writ petition as the meeting which was scheduled to be held on November 23, 2021 has been postponed indefinitely.

Thus, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. The points which are challenged in the writ petition have not been decided on merits.

The instruction filed by the prescribed authority is kept on record.
