The notice by the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education dated 19th July, 2024 pertaining to the admission of in-service primary school teachers in the two year D.El.Ed. programme is placed before this Court.

It appears that the last date for submission of the online application for undertaking the subject course is extended till 27th July, 2024 and the inservice primary school teachers with Madhyamik

qualification and teachers having less than 50 per cent marks in the Higher Secondary Examination or equivalent examination have been allowed to submit their application for admission in the said course. In view of the above notice, the grievance of the petitioners has been redressed.

The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of.
