Inadvertently following typographical error has crept into order dated 30th January, 2026:

(i) In the 3rd line and in the 5th line of paragraph no.4 the circle of the school has been mentioned as 'Bagda West Circle' and 'Bagda East Circle' respectively instead of 'Bagdah West Circle' and 'Bagdah East Circle' respectively.

(ii) In the cause title the name of the learned advocate for the State has wrongly been typed as 'Mr. Nikhil Kumar Biswas' instead of 'Mr.

Nikhil Kumar Gupta'.

The aforesaid order is modified as follows:-

(i) In 3rd line and in the 5th line of paragraph No.4 of the aforesaid order, the words 'Bagdah West Circle' and 'Bagdah East Circle' respectively be read in place of 'Bagda West Circle' and 'Bagda East Circle' respectively.

(iii) The name of the learned advocate in the aforesaid order be read as 'Mr. Nikhil Kumar Gupta' instead of ''Mr. Nikhil Kumar Biswas'

The aforesaid order is modified to the above extent. 5.

The other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.

This order shall form part of order dated 30th January, 2026.
