Petitioner complains that she is being harassed by the private respondents and to that effect she informed the local police station which were registered by way of general diary entries. Petitioner claims that in spite of her complaint with the Chanditala Police Station, no action has been taken and she is feeling insecured.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. The police authorities have drawn proceedings under Sections 107/116 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and under Sections 126/135(3) of the BNSS.

Having regard to the nature of dispute and the contentions advanced by the learned advocate appearing for the private respondents that a criminal case has been instituted at the behest of the private respondents, I am of the opinion that so far as the issue relating to the right, title and interest of the property is concerned, the petitioner would approach the jurisdictional civil court. In respect of the harassment being inflected as alleged by the present petitioner, the police authorities had been keeping vigil, they would also ensure that no breach of peace and tranquility takes place and no untoward incident emanates from the acts and activities of the respondents.

With the aforesaid observation, WPA 17998 of 2024 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
