Learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report. The writ petition was preferred for effective progress of the investigation. Report reflects that Beldanga P.S. Charge-sheet No.506 of 2025 has been submitted in connection with Beldanga P.S. Case No.774 of 2024 dated 08.10.2024.

Having considered that the charge-sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional court, I am of the opinion that the petitioner would address his further grievance before the jurisdictional court in seisin of the case.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 17069 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
