The instant application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff in a suit for eviction and is directed against the order dated June 07, 2024 passed by the 6th Court of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Howrah in the said suit being Title Suit No. 416 of 2024, whereby the prayer of the petitioner for grant of police help to implement the subsisting order of injunction passed in the suit has been refused.

Mr. Ghoshal, learned senior advocate for the opposite party submits that the order of injunction, implementation of which was sought for, is under challenge in an appeal. In view of such, the order impugned does not call for any interference.

C.O. 2496 of 2024 is thus dismissed without any order as to costs.
