1. Learned counsel for the respondent nos. 4, 6 and 7 submits that the present writ petition pertains to a challenge of the election of delegates in a Multi- State Co-operative Society. He submits that the election of delegates has already been held afresh and the petitioner is one of the successful candidate in the said election.
2. None appears for the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the writ petition, and the same is dismissed for default. (Gaurang Kanth, J.)
