Petitioner is in custody for 96 days. He submits incident occurred in course of domestic quarrel. Petitioner prays for bail.

Learned Advocate for the State submits victim housewife was murdered within one year of marriage.

We have considered the materials on record. Post mortem report shows death was homicidal in nature. Statements of witnesses implicate the petitioner in the murder. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials on record and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
