Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that due to certain inadvertent mistake, the earlier rejection orders have not been pleaded in this application. He seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to file afresh. He also prays that the certified copy of the order of the learned trial court annexed to the application be handed over.

In view of above submission, the application being CRM (M) 1216 of 2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.

Department is directed to hand over the certified copy of the order of the learned trial court to the advocate-on-record for

the petitioner after replacing the same with photocopy of the orders.
