Report submitted by the Inspector-in-Charge, Kakdwip PS dated 19-02-2024 through the learned advocate for the State be kept with the record. I find that the chargesheet has already been submitted in connection with the instant case and the subject matter of the present application for cancellation of bail relate to an order of bail being granted on 03-04-2023 and certain observations of the learned Magistrate.

Since the charge-sheet has already been submitted before the learned trial court and the present petitioner being de facto complainant apprehends that the accused persons may create further hazard to the life of the complainant, I direct in case further complaints are filed against the accused opposite parties the Inspector-inCharge, Kakdwip PS will take steps by directing the Public Prosecutor of the concerned court to take out an application so that the accused persons are directed to stay outside the jurisdiction of the local police station.

No interference at this stage is made so far as the order of bail is concerned. However, the Inspector-in-Charge and the learned trial court would see that further disturbance is not created upon the present complainant. With the aforesaid observations, the present application for cancellation of bail being CRM (SB) 150 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. [Tirthankar Ghosh, J]
