I direct the Principal Secretary of School Education Department of the Government of West Bengal to look into the matter and to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to consider the same in view of the provisions of the Death-cum-Retirement Benefit Scheme of 1981. The entire thing is to be completed by three months from the date of communication of this order.

With this observation, the writ application is disposed of.
