Heard the learned counsels for the petitioners, the de facto complainant and the State.

Perused the case diary.

It appears that the names of the present petitioners were taken by the local witnesses because victim was not knowing the identity of the present petitioners.

It is alleged that taking advantage of the fact that the victim was staying at the flat alone, the petitioners and another forcibly entered into the room and tried to sexually assault the victim. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statements of the victim and the local witnesses, I do not consider this is to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail to the petitioners is rejected.
