1. The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no.1 is the father-in-law and the petitioner no.2 is the mother-in-law of the deceased and they have been falsely implicated. The husband of the victim has been recently enlarged on bail.

2. The learned Counsel for the State has produced the case diary and referred to the statement of the neighbours recorded under Section 161 of the Cr.P.C.

3. Considering the materials available in the case diary, the nature and extent of complicity of the petitioners in the commission of the alleged offence and having regard to the fact that the husband of the victim is already on bail and the charge-sheet Signed By :

has already been filed, we are of the view that the custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not necessary.

4. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners, namely, Haran Mondal and Halema Mondal, shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. It is further directed that the present accused petitioners shall appear before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Bongaon, North 24 Parganas in connection with G.R. Case No.443 of 2024 within two weeks from date.

5. It is further directed that the petitioners shall appear each and every date of hearing before the Jurisdictional Court on and from the date fixed for appearance of the accused and in default the Jurisdictional Court will pass appropriate order to secure the presence of the petitioners in Court including cancelling the anticipatory bail granted without further reference to this Court.

6. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is disposed of.
