Case No.68 of 2025 dated 20.06.2025 under Sections 316(2)/318(4)/319(2)/111 (2)(b)(3)(4)(6)/338/336(3)(4)/340(2)/61(2)/3(5) of the BNS, 2023 and under Section 20/21 of the Indian Telegraph Act, 1985.

Bishwabrata Mondal @ Biswabrata Mondal ... petitioner Mr. Ayan Basu Mr. Tanmoy Biswas Mr. Amit Roy Mr. Sumit Routh Ms. Antara Mukherjee ... for the petitioner Mr. Suman De Ms. Mausumi Sarkar ... for the State Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that first, technically the charge of organised crime is not made out. There is not even an iota of evidence regarding the allegation of forgery. The petitioner is a bona fide businessman dealing with innovative ideas in the field of Information Technology. He has been falsely implicated in this case.

Learned counsel for the State relies on the case diary, strongly opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that the petitioner is the director of the company, which is running an illegal call center. By misrepresenting branded companies like the Amazon and the Microsoft and in the

name of providing technological support, through remote applications they used to take control of the victims' devices and forced them to make payment in different modes. As of now, there are about 11 victims. Money trail has been established. Investigation is going on.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary and the fact that the investigation is going on, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.
