However, they undertake before this Court to vacate the flats under their occupation within a period of one month from the date of this order.

It is submitted that petitioner no. 1 is presently in possession of a flat on the 4th floor, while petitioner no. 2 resides in a flat on the 2nd floor of the building. The building in question is a six-storied structure. In view of the aforesaid, the Corporation shall proceed with the demolition work, but it shall not take any steps toward demolition of the flats occupied by petitioner nos. 1 and 2 for a period of one month from the date of this order.
