The petitioner has challenged the final voters list published on July 11, 2025 and consequentially prayed for stay of the election process of the Co-operative Society, which is the respondent No.5 herein.

Mr. Nayak appears for the Election Commission and Mr. Sureka appears for the respondent No.6 and submit that the election process has since been completed and a new Board has already been elected and has taken charge of the affairs of the Co-operative Society.

In view of the aforestated, the writ petition has become infructuous and is dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
