Report submitted by Ms. Debjani Sahu, learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. Report reflects that the de facto complainant intends to continue with the litigation. The statement and the declaration has been enclosed along with the report.

In view of the earlier submission advanced before this Court, I am of the view that the contentions relating to amicable settlement or compromise is incorrect. The ground of compromise on which the application was founded and/or submitted at least before this Court is sole ground for interference with the proceedings being Uttarpara Police Station Case No.80 of 2022 dated 21.03.2022 is rejected.

Learned trial court would continue with the proceedings and take the same to its logical conclusion until and unless there is change of circumstances.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 2811 of 2022 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
