We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier in March, 2023. Date for examination of the prosecution witness has been fixed on 31st July, 2023. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

Trial court is directed to examine the prosecution witnesses expeditiously and conclude the trial at an early date preferably within one year from the next date fixed for recording evidence without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
