Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and her medical examination report.

The victim claimed that she was ravished by the petitioner. Her claim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is prima facie corroborated by the medical examination report.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 3767 of 2022 is dismissed.
