1. Heard learned Counsel for both the parties.

2. The petitioners are alleged to have taken about Rs. 20 lakhs from the victim informant in many installments through bank transactions by promising to provide him a Government job. Both the petitioners posing themselves as employees of the B.D.O., Howrah are alleged to have duped the victim.

3. Regard being had to the nature of charge, we are not inclined to exercise our discretion in favour of the petitioners under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is rejected.
