The S. P., Paschim Medinipur has filed a report dated 14.11.2022.

It appears that the I. O. has filed charge sheet being Charge Sheet No. 248 of 2022 dated 31.05.2022 under Sections 447/323/506 of the IPC in respect of FIR No. 189 of 2022. The petitioner has also obtained compensation under the provisions of the SC and ST Rules, 1995 under the aforesaid proceeding. In respect of Debra P. S. Case No. 332 of 2022 dated 30.06.2022, the I. O. has filed final report no. 431 of 2022 dated 28.09.2022 indicating that the allegations in the FIR are false and for passing necessary orders of prosecution of the writ petitioner under Sections 182/211 of the IPC. The report be kept with the record.

Let a copy of the report be made available to the counsel for the writ petitioner.

Appropriate steps may be taken as available in law against the said reports by the writ petitioner.

The deployment of constable in terms of the order dated 14th September, shall be discontinued. Strict vigil shall be maintained by the Debra Police Station on the locale.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
